The Hadati/Auden Rd subdivision was born in 1988 with its most notable amenity being the Victoria Road Recreation Centre built in 1975. This popular community pool and ice rink received a 12.5 million dollar face lift in 2016. The homes in this area are smallish starter homes ranging from condos, to fully detached starter homes. A 10 minute drive takes you to Guelph's Downtown core, and many shopping plazas.
