Before entering the profession, I worked in dental technology, a field that taught me precision, patience, and attention to detail — qualities that continue to inform my approach today. When I transitioned into real estate, I did so with a clear intention: to build a practice grounded in integrity, knowledge, and care.
Over more than three decades, I have witnessed multiple market cycles — periods of expansion, correction, uncertainty, and renewal. Each has reinforced the importance of perspective and thoughtful advice. While tools and technologies have evolved, the core of the work remains unchanged: listening carefully, understanding goals, and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
My practice has always been shaped by relationships. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me by clients, many of whom I have had the privilege of working with across generations. Their confidence has been both a responsibility and a source of motivation.
Beyond transactions, I maintain a strong interest in understanding how broader economic forces, policy changes, and market psychology influence real estate. This curiosity led me to create The Honest Realtor Series — a space to share observations and reflections for those who appreciate deeper context.
Today, I continue to approach my work with the same guiding principles that inspired me at the beginning: honesty, preparation, empathy, and a steady commitment to doing what is right.
